Yes, for me it is. Without Cyclobenzaprine I will wake up after 3-4 hours of sleep and stay awake for 2-3 hours before I sleep another 3-4 hours.

The first night after taking Ambien I slept 7 1/2 hours.Yeah! But I had problems sleeping (not falling asleep and waking up every hour)
after taking Ambien, particularly if they wake up during the night. Long waking hours or difficulty staying awake, may be indicative of Ambien abuse.
Sonata is a shitty form of ambien. Biggest difference is you'll wake up a lot quicker. So if you have to be up in 4 hours for something and you take sonata you'll be ready to go where as with Ambien you'll feel groggy. Ambien works better overall.
Ambien CR decreased wake time after the subject had fallen asleep for the first 7 hours during the first 2 nights and for the first 5 hours after 2 weeks of treatment. Ambien CR 12.5 mg decreased wake time after sleep onset (WASO) for the first 7 hours during the first 2 nights and for the first 5 hours after 2 weeks of treatment.
I keep waking up after only a few hours after taking 5mg of Ambien(example: take Ambien at 12am, wake up at 4am exhausted).
Ambien was working at first but I wake up after 4-5 hours. So I'm at least getting some sleep. I'm on 10 mg. My dr said take it with hydroxide but that didn't
Switching from Ambien CR to Lunesta? I take 12.5 mg of Ambien I still wake up after 3-4 hours of sleep. I also smoke weed too so I usually do that again when I wake up I can go back to sleep in an hour.
