My WBC was at 15.8. And my monocytes were slightly elevated. Ive been on prednisone for 7 mths ( 15mg now at 6mg). Could this be caused by The prednisone or something much more? When are high Absolute Neutrophils a concern ? Blood work date 6/13 wbc 8.8 absolute nuetrophils 6.72 . Took prednisone a week later 25mg 5 days .
