If you can fall asleep naturally, then do that, otherwise you will form a bad habit that you don't need. Take one tablet and try to function normally. It beats getting hooked!! Last night I took two 10mg ambient and fell asleep fast stayed asleep right now woke up 8:30 am feel good not tired feeling . Not dangerous but you are increasing the chances that you will sleep-walk and do crazy stuff. Nuthin will happen I have done this on numerous occasions. You will definitely get some sleep. But I have my husband or children "hide" mine, because I would forget ifIvI've taken it or not. So taking 2 will put you in lala land. Good night.
