If I’m in an emergency situation, I need ibuprofen, Imodium, and tums, just in case. This product comfortably houses many sizes of tablets, save for the chewy tums—they fit in, but they don’t come out effortlessly. The product works as advertised, but if you’re mixing your over the counter pills, I’d recommend a bit of cotton in the bottom of your more spacious compartments to minimize powdering your drugs.
