Newly acquired allergies. So I have been taking every allergy pill known to man. I’m now at the point where I should probably just stop taking the Lexapro so I can go back to normal. But I don’t want the panic attacks coming back. Can’t decide what to do. Marthalove! I can’t believe someone out there has this issue now in 2019. Yes, yes! I have to use Flonase every night and Benadryl 25 in the daytime. Hopefully by now you’ve solved this issue. If you have a better solution please share it with me! It’s making me crazy! Thanks much, Jake the Cat Yes i have the exact same reaction. Been on lexapro for nearly a year and had the same head cold when first taking it and after a month or 2 now it only happens at night and in the morning as you say. I just have so much excess mucus. Good to know someone else has the same problem. I also have anisocoria where one pupil becomes larger than the other on and off and only in one eye due to the lexapro. This is also a side effect and i read someone else had this and when they stopped taking it it went back to normal. Anyway anyone with more info let me know. Thank you for all your responses!! I have tried Nasacort and it helped at first, however no the second or third time. I have tried using a saline sinus rinse, but not they spray. Is there a difference? The one I have tried is the saline sinus rinse. It literally does nothing for me. If the spray is different I will definitely give it a try. Thank you!! One one other question if anyone can help. I started experiencing this a few months into taking lexapro and now continues during my taper off. I get a sore neck and have this sort of clunk when I swallow. Like a lump or something. I mostly notice it in the mornings when I am lying in bed but it is very irritating. Also
